Two bedrooms / one full bath / kitchen / dining /living room / fireplace located on the main level. Master bedroom with full bath located on the top level and there is a small game room downstairs

• $375.00 nightly rate
  $260.00 cleaning / linen fee
  $30.00  hot tub fee
  14% tax applies on total gross booking amount
  3% payment processing fee on gross rental amount
  $1000.00 security / damage deposit *check to be mailed

**We do not allow boats, campers, RV’S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental
**Please take note: We do not allow events of any kind at this vacation rental :
Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 6 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.
