There are two stories, two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and a hot tub in the rear yard of this home. On the top floor, you can see the Pacific Ocean. The living room, dining room, porch, and kitchen are all located on the top floor. On the lower level, you’ll find the bedrooms and the baths. A hot tub is located on a private patio in the backyard. The house is about a two-block walk from the Dillon Beach entrance. The entire interior of the house is done in a nautical style. Two medium-sized cars can park in front of the house.

  $200.00 cleaning / linen fee
  $65.00  Pet fee **IF bringing a pet
  14% tax applies on total gross booking amount
  3% payment processing fee on gross rental amount
  $500.00 security / damage deposit *check to be mailed
